Find the right footprint first.
Every size shown here filters the full catalogue below — with buy, lease and rent priced on every model.
Start with the job the pod has to do.
Footprint is the decision everything else follows from: it sets the price band, the access you need to get the unit in, and the floor area you give up permanently. Work out what will actually happen inside the pod on a normal Tuesday and the size tends to pick itself.
One person, on calls
A single booth is for the call that should not be taken at a desk — sales calls, one-to-ones, anything confidential. It takes the least floor area and is the easiest to site, which is why most offices start here and add more once people start queuing for it.
One person, for longer
A 1.5-person pod buys room for a proper chair, a desk surface and a monitor. If people will be inside for an hour of focused work rather than a ten-minute call, that extra width is the difference between a booth they tolerate and one they book.
Two people, face to face
Two-person pods suit interviews, appraisals and 1:1s — conversations that need a door but not a meeting room. They also absorb the video call that would otherwise block a six-seat room for half an hour.
Teams of four to six
The larger rooms replace a built meeting room without the building work, and can be relocated or handed back if the floor plan changes. They need the most planning to get in, so check the route before you commit to one.
Once the size is settled, four things separate the options.
Acoustic tier tells you how much speech the shell holds in. We group every pod into a quietest, balanced or lighter tier so brands can be read against each other rather than against their own marketing. EPD rating covers environmental impact, which increasingly has to be evidenced rather than asserted. Dimensions matter twice — once for the floor plan, and once for the doorways, lifts and stair turns on the way in. Lead time is the detail people check last and regret first, and it varies widely between a stocked size and a made-to-order configuration. With the footprint settled, you can browse those options by brand.
